How to find us

Coming from Columbus: (or I-26) Take Hwy. 108 towards Tryon.  Just after you pass McFarland's funeral home turn left on Scrivens Rd. (you will see an  Episcopal Church sign directing you to turn left).  After you turn you will see a pond on your right. Continue down the hill and around a few turns and you will see an Episcopal Church sign pointing to the right over a small bridge. That is Markham Rd.  Turn right over the bridge.  Follow Markham Rd. over the hill and around many curves and you will run right into the entrance to the church.

Coming from downtown Tryon: Go north on Trade St. (like you are heading to Columbus) and when you get to the stop light by Stotts Ford  turn right (East Howard St.). Turn left at the first street (Grady Ave.).  Turn right on Markham Rd. (which will be your first street on the right).  Continue on Markham past two other churches and several sharp turns.  After you make a very sharp (hairpin) turn to the right you will see a white wooden church on the right.  That is Good Shepherd. There is a sign out front.
